SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE

All orders will be shipped via Registered Postage within Singapore.

Orders are processed and ship out within 3 working days upon order confirmation. Once your item is shipped, packages generally will be received within 3 delivery working days.

We operate daily from Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays from 9 am to 5 pm. We ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note that parcels might exceed the expected timeframe for conditions beyond such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

International orders will be shipped via Singpost from Singapore.

Orders are processed and ship out within 3 working days upon order confirmation. Once your item is shipped, packages generally received within 3-14 delivery working days.

All orders are dispatched via Registered mail with the tracking number for the cost of the package. Please allow 0-3 business days to receive a tracking number. We ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note we can’t be held responsible for conditions beyond such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Dispatch times are provided only as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or transaction failures.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number in the shipping notification email when an order is shipped.

To track your package, simply visit our local mailing partner at www.singpost.com, enter the tracking number through this link and select "Check Item Status" button.

TAX, CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES

Tax, custom and import duties may be charged when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges have to be paid by the recipient.

PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS 

The shipping duration for pre-orders and backorders have been indicated on the product pages. Please note that it takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks for preorders and backordered item(s) to ship.

HOW DO YOU SHIP IF MY ORDER CONSISTS OF BOTH IN-STOCK & BACKORDER ITEM(S)?

By default, we will only be shipped your order out once backorder item(s) has arrived. For separate shipping, please place a separate order.
